Lord, help me to stop doing the same
things over and over that I know I should change.
I do ok for awhile
then I revert back to my old ways.
Why can't I straighten out?
Why
can't I change and stay that way?
Why do I keep doing the same old things
over and over that I know I shouldn't be doing?

Lord, give me
the strength and the consistency to do the things that I know I should do and
