When I saw the hurt I caused you
It was like a knife stabbed in my heart
Everyday you seemed to push it deeper
The pain intensified tearing my whole world apart.

Then there was a ray of hope in this
You decided to come back to me
And you pulled from my heart the knife
You saved my world, you set me free.

I thought the pain was finally over
Fading more with every single grin
But tonight your words brought back the pain
And my whole world feel apart again.

I didn’t want you to see me cry
I couldn’t even stand to look at you
If you could just see me right now
You would know my love is true.

So just to let you be aware
I can’t take this pain anymore
So push that knife a little deeper for me
And try to forget my screams of horror.
