Answer:
If you answered that you are second to last, you are wrong again.

me, how can you overtake the LAST person?
You're not very good at
this! Are you?
Third
Question:
Very tricky math! Note:
This must be done in your head only. Do NOT use paper and pencil or a
calculator. Try it.
Take 1000 and add 40 to it. Now add another
1000. Now add 30. Add another 1000. Now add 20. Now add another 1000. Now add
10. What is the total?
Scroll down for
answer.
Did
you get 5000?
The correct answer is actually
4100.
Don't believe it? Check with your
calculator!
Here's what
happened:
You had it right for the first 6
math operations. at the point where you were told to add ten, the total
was 4090.
The thing is, YOU KNEW IT WAS 4,090. I don't want to seem like I'm so
smart because I did the same thing as most of you when I took this
test.
The last instruction was "now add
10". The previous instruction was "now add 1,000".
You automatically
went from 4,090 when asked to add 10 to 5,000 instead of 4,100.
Why?
Because you had been lulled into adding 1,000 so many times that
it seemed like 10 added to 4,090 Was 5,000. It looked like the next number
SHOULD be 5,000. Obviously it wasn't but this teaches us a very valuable lesson
about how the mind and the World works.
We can get so entrenched into
patterns, that we can't see obvious truth. Even when it adds up.
If
you stopped to add up some things in your life, you may come up with a
different total than what you think. If you add with clarity, your
total will be much more than you figured.
Maybe you will get the last question
right?

again.
Okay, now the bonus
round:
There is a mute person who wants to buy
a toothbrush. By imitating the action of brushing one's teeth, he
successfully expresses himself to the shopkeeper and the purchase is
done.
There is a blind man who wishes to buy a pair of sunglasses, how
should he express himself?
Scroll
down
Answer: He just has to open his mouth and ask, so
simple.
Keep this going to frustrate the smart people in your
life!
